Unable to work for a shift? Requesting to drop a shift is easy.

Request Shift Drop

  1. Sign in with your email and password. If your account has not been activated, learn more about activating staff account.
  2. Click/tap on the shift you want to drop
  3. Click Request Shift Drop
  4. Enter a reason for the request, and click/tap Request Shift Drop

You'll receive a notification when your manager has approved or declined your request.
